SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that you receive the freshest batch possible, we ship out all products on Tuesdays only.
All orders placed on Friday after 5pm, will be shipped on the 2nd Tuesday following their purchase date.
As we are all aware, most people haven't seen the best of days when it comes to shipping/deliveries; please be patient with us as we rely on our shipping vendors for the safe delivery of your product.
Live locally? Cool! Local deliveries can be arranged, just email us.
Heads up: Local deliveries will be delivered on Saturdays only between 11-11:30am, in the Ponce City Market Parking area. (No worries, we'll make it quick so you don't have to pay for parking)
Return & Exchange Policy
Once you receive your syrup via mail, please refrigerate immediately. (Shelf life: 1-3 mo)
This product is not FDA approved is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If you have any concerns about the safety of consuming elderberry syrup, please consult with you primary care physician.

Unfortunately, there is a no return policy. However, if your bottle arrives damaged; please reach out to us upon receipt of your product.
